Congratulations to the Clondegad U18 team and management who produced great football to overturn a very good Kilmurry Ibrickane team in the minor B League Final   played in ballynacally this evening. 
Both teams provided the large crowd with some wonderfull football. Kilmurry took the early initiative and had clondegad under the pump for the first quarter until clondegad settled into their rythem,  a rythem which saw them score two great worked goals to put some daylight between the teams.clondegad had great players throughout the field and really played as a team throughout. 
the clondegad keeper sean o malley pulled off a series of great saves late in the second half as kilmurry came at clondegad with everything  they had and the clondegad backs cut out the Kilmurry attack on numerous occasion  to feed the mid field and forwards who did the business up front.
The clondegad  captain, darragh o neill accepted the trophy from Ann Hayes.
